- Yoga&Budo Center is recognized by the Hellenic Government (Long life Education Center 1), as a member of the Hellenic Yoga Association and of the International Yoga Teachers Association (Australia), and is a registered Yoga School (RYS 200, RYS 300) of the Yoga Alliance (U.S.A) and Yoga School 500h of the Yoga Alliance International (India)
- Maria is also an Acroyoga International (Solar and Lunar Immersion) certificate holder
- She has been active in acrobatics and yoga for the past 10 years – in that time, she has created ACROMOMENTS focusing on acrobatics and @YogaMeteora, for those who want to enjoy doing yoga having the view of Meteora rocks
- She also gives individual and in group Yoga sessions in Thessaloniki
- Maria’s love of nature has led her to rock climbing and hiking, obtaining beginner and intermediate certification from the Hellenic Federation of Mountaineering and Climbing
- She also organizes nature trips, combining hiking with yoga, with her husband Vaggelis, also a professional photographer at @thirtythreephotography.
